• If you fail to arrive at your appointed MOT time, your time slot may be given to another customer. We will offer you the next suitable appointment.
• All parts are the property of Lochty Garage until they are paid for. Payment is due immediately upon completion of work, with the exception of pre-arranged business account customers.
• If the customer provides a part which turns out to be not suitable, a charge for garage time until the appropriate part arrives will be made.
• All parts and labour come with a 12-month guarantee.
• VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate.
